Recently refurbished this is now a 'proper' petrol station. Plenty of pumps and lorry diesel pumps too. It has a self service pressure hose car wash and a great little shop. Very friendly staff. It's great to have a good local petrol station.

The guy who works(Adnan) at late night, dosent bother about the customers, always a long wait before he opens a pump. You have to knock on the door then he'll come out and start the pump. Very unpleasant

Air price extortionate. Petrol Price extremely overpriced. Did not purchase .Milk £2.05 for two litre even cornershops only charge around 1.20. Everything overpriced. Coffee reasonable price (Costa) which I purchased.Would not use again.

I lost my phone and it was handed in to Shell. The staff were so kind and helpful on the phone and the Manager went above and beyond to get my phone back to me. Thank you so much, words cannot express how grateful I am for your kindness, compassion and help.

If I could give one star then I would!
I experienced racism towards me by this man and he refused to serve me and authorise my pump, told me he would not allow me and my vechile here and left me shaken up driving back ! I cannot believe how I was treated by this man which I have never shopped at this store before I am a young girl and he made me feel so uncomfortable I cannot believe it I will never stop here again at this awful place with awful staff !!! Shame on you

Toilets were not clean toilets roll not even in holder toilets smelt bad

great petrol station convenient location excellent along the a414 shell is good quality as usual but sometimes this station can be pretty expensive and its also quite cramped so when it gets a little crowded in there its quite difficult to refuel. the place has a toilet also which is useful

Fairly convenient and a bit cheaper than the Smallford depot not far away
