They say you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. That may be true but strangely enough one can often judge a petrol station by its WC!

Most four courts have the most disgusting, neglected, uncared for WC you can possibly imagine. Many would recommend washing your hands before going in as well as coming out. And that often reflects and uncaring attitude of the staff.

At this site the opposite is true. The staff are present, caring and customers are made to feel valued. Such a rarity.

Ok so the food and drink inside is Jolly expensive but the fuel is of a reasonable price normally.

And the WC is sweet smelling and clean!

Bad service today 24/03 with a Indian guy on the shop counter , got the wrong items, over charged us and just very grumpy….and we were being nice

The guy who work at night shift name is varun,he doesn’t know customer service,I never seen his smiley face,whenever you go at night you will see he’s on the phone,always give you wrong item,very poor service!!

Quick easy to use, friendly staff on duty

Varun was very very rude. He shooed me out of the shop saying I was wasting his time and taking up space due to an error with my card.

I visit this petrol station quite frequently and I have to say the staff are so rude, I greet each and everyone of them with a good morning and a smile, I get a miserable nothing back... I can understand one member of staff being like that but not all of them.

We visited this evening to buy some lemonade and snacks. As students we had to buy separately due to personal budgets.

The ‘gentleman’ working, refused to serve myself (the fourth customer) as he ‘didn’t want to run back and fourth’. I explained I was going into a hypo. I’m diabetic, and tried to buy a sugary drink and food. So unfortunately, I have to rate this garage at a low score.

Hello dear manager.. why Jatin is not authorised to sell paysafecard to us ? Everyone else do... only he said he is not authorised to do it. Im curious about this because he was unable to give me answer on this question
