We will NEVER get petrol here again!!! After 5 years of filling up 2 Cars and 2 motorbikes we will no longer be using this petrol station. I tried twice to drop of collect+ parcels which they refused to take. The first time I was told told come back tomorrow, which I did, no questions or arguments. was When I returned I was then told the machine was packed up and iIshould go somewhere further away. Then I was asked if I purchased my petrol there. To which of course the was yes. Would this have made a difference? Who knows, I didn't stay to find out. Should it? NO. You are supposedly providing a service. One we no longer require.

Worst customer service ever. They advertise services which they don't provide, the Collect+ machine is apparently "broken" but after having lived in the area for several years, the machine has never worked and I seriously doubt whether they actually have one. The shop workers are rude and dismissive, and they try to trick you into paying more money. The car wash scheme (by 4 get one free I think it is) gives you a stamp every time you visit, oh but you also have to have all your previous receipts, as well as the stamped card, or they won't accept it - this would be ok, if they made customers aware of this, but they do not. Additionally be careful when actually filling up as the 2nd row of pumps (nearest to the exit) only offer the expensive "premium" petrol forcing the user to either pay extra, or to use the first set of pumps (on the entrance side of the petrol station) and then look like an arse for blocking the way for any vehicles behind. Best just to avoid this garage completely.

These guys should not be allowed to run Collect+ service, because basically they don't. They never accept your parcel, saying stuff like 'the machine is broken'. It has been broken for a good two years that I know of. I asked Collect+ to investigate - they came back telling me that the shop told them they only have a certain amount of space in the back for parcels and refuse them after that! I used to always buy my petrol here, but never will again and haven't after being lied to and led a dance over Collect+ numerous times. Shocking.

Tried to drop off a click and collect parcel 3 weeks ago to be told the machine wasn't working. Why she couldn't have told me when I joined the queue with my large heavy parcel I will never know. Was told to go and use another store, explained that was inconvenient but she was rude when replying saying that her machine wasn't working. Tried again today to be told yet again that the machine wasn't working!! I asked why it hadn't been fixed as it wasn't working 3 weeks ago only to get abuse about the fact that I hadn't been there every day for 21 days to know that it hadn't been working. Will never use BP again for click and collected they obviously don't want the business or they would make sure ed the machine was fixed.

I went to fuel up my car and there was a young woman there and she charged me £20 extra and when I told her she denied it and I had to show her the pump. After that she didn’t return me the £20 and she was very rude about it, instead she gave me some Adblue. Now several times that I go there it’s a family that works there and they turn of the pump.

Today at 11:15, the screen was showing £1.87 for diesel, I got to the wrong pump which was £2.09. When I asked the guy at the till how much he was rude and said '' can't you read the prices '' I said I read 187 but got charged 209 then he was like it's not my problem. I will never come back to this shop again due to very unpleasant experience with the guy who was at the till!!!

Car wash is a complete waste of money and time. Payed for the more expensive wash nearly £9 car came out still dirty! Pointless machine! Go to the one at Sainsbury’s in brookwood. Don’t waste your money!

Had my car washed here. After existing the car wash it was pretty much as dirty as it went in. The carwash unit was not working properly with brushes not touching most of the car and soap only dispensing over the left of the car. I made the attendant aware of the issue and she refused to even come and have a look at the dirty car. Told me to take pictures and come back another day when the manger was around. Would not entertain a refund and told me that the car wash was operated by a different company and I should make a complained elsewhere.

Shame on you BP Goldsworth Park!
