Stopped here while out on my motorcycle and needed a adjustable spanner as my mirror had came loose and when I asked if they had any tools I could borrow the young chap said they did not have any I could use but very kindly went to his house and got me a spanner so I could fix and carry on my journey. Very much appreciated and their coffee and service is excellent

No customer toilet facilities, staff refused use of their toilet, quite rude.

Trying to get in touch.... I went there yesterday (21st of may) between 2 and 4 pm bought crisps, chocolate bar and biscuits just noticed on my bank statement I've been charged £90.00. Please can someone rectify this?

This garage is in Stratford St Andrew. On a recent trip to London I monitored prices both ways and these robber barons won hands down being up to 18p a litre higher than Jet and Waterloo Rd Leiston. Shameful.

Update July. Pleasantly surprised. This garage is now competitive and considerably cheaper than the two Shell stations near the Grundisburgh turning on the A12. They are now the crazily expensive ones!

Staff always miserable. And never any food in the hot cabinet. Really need to fill the drinks cabinet up too. Used to be a lovely shop inside now it's just dull and I get super anxious to go in as never know how the staff are going to great and treat you.
