The staff are great, the services they offer are good too. The inconsiderate drivers who park in the entrance to the car wash and go in to get a ticket when there is a queue for the car wash are the ones causing the problem. This has happened at different times of the day and week so we know it isn't an occasional thing. Can signs not be put up as to not park there? If anything it's a Health and Safety issue, especially if the car wash breaks down which it has been known to do, or a car breaks down or won't start in the entrance.

Recently 1 person on, can't buy a 4 pack of there over priced lager because they're short staffed, place is a joke.

3 weeks in a row they’ve had no ultimate diesel. Most of the pumps out this morning. One lady on the till trying to cope. Useless.

The SLOWEST service everytime I am forced to go into this garage. Never enough staff. No Pay at pump. No self service till.

No pay at pump ten minutes queue at till. 5p off items didn't have 5p off. Backwards Bury St Edmunds again
