It was just passed 10pm and the night counter was open. It was clear to see that there was hot food within store and I get the reply 'expired'. OK then I asked about other items like Angel slices or cookies, I got a reply 'no'. Whilst the staff had ear buds in and appeared talking to someone else and had no interest in serving.

Wouldn’t allow use of toilet. Otherwise handy station for fuel and small amount of groceries. Does have a subway!

I have been using this petrol station religious for the last few years with at least three visits per week. The staff are always friendly even when busy and always apologize for any wait. Great selection of food and convenience options in the store.

Their toilet is broken for 3-4 years now. Also, their hygiene level is appalling

Prices on shelves are't what scans in at till, always more. If you dispute the price on shelf you get told if different product and barcode. Stay away rip off prices!!!

RUDE- Subway staff don't listen to the way I like my sandwich and have to repeat several times, everytime. Oven or whatever not working for WEEKS! Easier to just put a sign saying Subway closed rather than have all the lights on as if your in full operation. Staff at Petrol station- SLOW & VERY RUDE! I really try to avoid this petrol station. "Customer service" needs to be address, retraining needed here

Fuel station is located at main London Road. Petrol quality provided by Esso is very good. Convenience store and Subway is also of great importance for commuters while on long trips.
