Absaloutely appauling!! Will never be using this place again, though it is my nearest petrol station i will make sure to avoid it at all costs, the manager is vile! Me and my mother got accused of trying to stealing petrol not once... but twice, as i was going in to PAY for the fuel and grab some bits, the manager came storming out "ARE YOU PAYING FOR THAT FUEL!" (my mum was sat in the car, engine off and brushing her hair??) As i came up to the counter the manager said " you do realise it is law for the driver to pay for petrol?" In a rude and confrontational tone, i did inform her it was infact it was not law but she seemed to be addiment. There is more to this but don't want to drag on, the second time was just as un -pleasent.

The forecourt is always clean and shop well stocked. Fuel prices are reasonable and the staff are always pleasant.

Horribly rude older lady on the till this evening. I made a genuine error picking up a pump which I didn’t realise was out of service until I put the nozzle back in the holster after filling.
I went in and straight away admitted my mistake. To which I was met with a horrible tone telling me I had stolen fuel from the ambulance service, in front of a shop full of people. I felt very embarrassed and reminded her it wasn’t malicious and I was the one who told her.
Not happy at this she proceeded to talk in a raised voice and create a scene.
Surely it is the pump operators job to have control and awareness of what’s happening on the forecourt.

I sneaked in here for a chocolate bar while my wife slept in the passenger seat.

What a treat to come to a lovely business where the staff are so friendly and charming! In particular, I would like to congratulate the South African employee who epitomizes this goodwill. Petrol prices are less than the greedy supermarkets who will always tell you they try their best to keep a lid on prices. Evidence suggests otherwise!!

Comprehensive items relating to fast food and some fresh fruit and veg for sale. Fuel prices on average 5-6p/litre more expensive than Banbury prices, but 1-2p/litre more expensive than Oxford fuel prices. However, these prices subject to sudden fluctuation.
