Pulled up late night diesel light on the guy working the counter was outside on his phone waited around 10mins, he finally goes in when a taxi pulls up and decides he gonna run all over the store serving them before turning my pump on 20mins later i got in car and left having got no diesel

It's a fuel station what more can I say...I can buy over prised fuel from here just like anywhere else.

Staff are lovely, but if you're in a hurry to fill up, this site is not for you. The pumps dispense s-l-o-w-l-y. I mean very slowly. As slow as a sloth that is having a really slow day. For owners of commercial vehicles who squirt in 60 to 90 litres of diesel a day, it's time you're not getting back. And it hurts the hands when muscle cramps set in. Sort it out MFG. Turn my daily visit into a 5 minute splash and dash, not a 20 minute workout

24 hrs off-licence in the Area, snacking , chilled drinks and #Costa Cofee always available . Close to M1 for a short pit stop. Clean #Toilets available.

Customer service is zero.
I just bought 2 packets of sweets which I thought were 2 for £3.00. I only realised this after the man had passed me the reciept. I did not leave the shop and pointed out that the sweets were mistakenly put in the wrong place thus making me believe they were on offer. I asked if I could swap the sweets as I certainly would not have bought them for £2.85. The man says he can't do this on sweets but he could on chocolate!!!! I explained again thinking he did not understand but he reiterated this. What!!
Never will I go back.
They've probably saved me money in long run as fuel more expensive than other garages I pass.

I got fuel, tobacco products & a couple of treats 😁 & surprisingly I paid the average price I would during the day from a local convenience. Also take note... Irs definitely cheaper than BP further down the road. 👍
