ESSO OTTERY ST MARY

A friendly local petrol station offering the facilities of a Spar local shop and jet wash as well as the the range of oils and fuels you’d expect. Prices are normally a few pence more than a supermarket, with Tesco being a 10 to 15 minutes drive away. They shut at around 10pm so don’t be caught out

This town has a lot more to explore than you might think. We went to the carnival but the real eye opener is the Tar Barrels on Novber 5th. I like the river walks and the church is like a little cathedral.

Good little petrol station in the middle of town, with good access. The small shop is well stocked, including an off licence, and has friendly helpful staff. The only slight downside is a lack of a car washing facility.

I come to fill up fuel on Thursdays at 6 am opening time. It is never open at 7l6 as it should be. Leaving me late for work

If i could do zero star i would! Only used if we have no fuel to get to a petrol station another 5 miles away!!!

Overpriced fuel. Overpriced regular items like milk.. about 50% more than regular shops. And Appalling service at this place, especially if you use the faulty coffee machine and then get charged for the non existent coffee under threat of a call to the police.

Absolutely awful customer service! They seem to shut the garage when they want!! Left my pregnant partner on the fore court, without fuel and gave no explanation just shut the pumps when stated open on the door, avoid at all costs!!!

Was using cash machine and boy behind the counter called me in to the shop only to accuse me of putting £10 of petrol in my car earlier and driving off with out paying in front of other customers and I’ve heard other complaints too
