Standard services but would rather stop there due to the exceptional service offered by all staff. The staff like Chelsea and Hazel always make the visit friendly and enjoyable. U would rather drive the extra 2 miles and feel like a valuable customer than stop elsewhere.

A clean and tidy with good coffee. A very rude brunette cashier. Does not know what manners are. I asked her to repeat her self and was sighed and and then shouted at. I asked for a reciept which greated with a sigh. I cannot help being hard of hearing. Thankyou for this treatment. Sun 13 Feb 22 @ 1520hrs.

Nice tidy shop and lovely personal. But the toilets. Unbelievable. It is really so difficult to clean it regularly? Disgusting.

The big potholes on the way out need fixing as I've just got a flat tyre thanks to how awful they are. They look like big trenches where lorries have been through long indents. Please sort them out. 4 yrs ago someone mentioned, yet these indents look years old from lorries exiting the garage.

Staff are always friendly and happy to help customers the shop is clean and generally organised

Night staff are exceptional very helpful and knowledgeable especially a lady called Caroline who cooked the hot food every BP need more staff like her

Woman at checkout more interested in playing on her phone and looking at her colleagues phone , and too busy serving everyone coffee. One person Manning tills . I went in in the dark and came out in the light . Joke.
