Very nice place, me and the good lady both had a Sunday roast, mine beef, hers chicken. Very tasty and good value. Washed down with a good pint of larger. Finally a sponge and custard to finish off. Not bad at all.

Just been here for a family meal. Absolutely brilliant. Food was outstanding. Service excellent. Manager so helpful. Made sure everything was up to our expectations and he made us so welcome. Would definitely be going back.

The Super, Mega Turbo Burger was a challenge, but very tasty indeed.

My daughter had a pizza, which was, in her words 'fabulous'.

After a day marshalling for the Manchester to Blackpool charity bike ride, its was welcome respite from the hot, but windy day, very friendly and beautiful surroundings

Lovely Location Although The Western Distributor is ruining the beautiful surrounding countryside and the habitat of more wildlife.

Perfect country pub with excellent service and atmosphere.

Had such a relaxing pint today, will definitely start going regularly. We sat in comfy chairs by the crackling fire and it was super cosy. The two young ladies on the bar were really lovely.
