Amazing Sunday Roast! The interior is truly spectacular, we dined in the upstairs where they have these beautiful rafters. The roasts were incredible, the gravy was especially good.

I stumbled on this beautiful old pub when I was on a treasure hunt with my niece and nephew. One of the oldest Inns in England, The Parrot is a lovely, cosy place-full of character-there was even a lovely roaring fire. The food was exactly what you expect-pub grub. Absolutely nothing wrong with that. Good choice of beers- I was happy they had Whitstable Ale on tap. Friendly staff helped to make us feel relaxed and welcomed.

A disappointing visit to the normally great gastro pub, firstly a Shepherd Neame pub with no Master Brew! they had run out of this staple bitter, only Whitstable Bay the only equivalent session bitter on offer. I was looking forward to the Pork Belly as I missed out last visit, oops no crackling just a fatty goo, definitely slow cooked just missing a grilling. Desert Sticky Toffee pudding didn't taste like it should, more like a black treacle cake, plus a shortage of custard even after asking for more. Staff friendly & helpful, surroundings tastful as ever.

Amazing good, great value and the service was impeccable. Beautiful historical building too and pretty garden. A perfect gem .

We had a great family time. Loaded chips + crispy calamari+kids menu. Service was good, food cooked quickly and we really liked the portion size. And all tastes delicious 😋

Great pub with traditional food menu, as well as a very good range of draft beers and wines. Food is great and the staff is very friendly. As a bonus, the building is very historical and the setting is very atmospheric.

We went to Parrot for Sunday lunch and really enjoyed it. The food was delicious and they also have a very good (and quite cheap for the size you get!) kid's menu. But one of the most important parts of the great experience is the charming old building and great service. Thanks, Parrot! 👌

This is a great little pub. There are wooden beams throughout showing this buildings age. The food was fantastic, it came to the table hot and the staff were very friendly. You will not be disappointed if you want to visit a little pub tucked away in Canterbury city.
