Lovely decor, very lively ambiance. Great food. A bit of a change from the fabric shop it used to be!

LOVELY MEAL & SERVICE. It was our first visit and although there were 4 main dishes sold out what we did have was tasty. The waiting staff were very friendly and the quirky decor made it cosy. We will definitely be back!

Amazing, amazing, amazing!! Can't compliment highly enough!! A must, must, must eat! Beautiful food, friendly staff, stunning décor and a wonderful atmosphere! Please visit this place, you won't regret it!

Great food, something a little different, and tasty cocktails

So, we were looking forward to celebrating a family meal at the restaurant for 8 of us. We arrived at 07:30, front of house were good taking orders for drinks then food after about 10-15mins. Only 3 starters ordered and 8 main meals. All going well, but we ended up waiting until 20:55 until all our meals had been served! Not sure if they were understaffed in the kitchen but we have eaten here before and not experienced this long wait before. The restaurant was not busy. We had to complain about the sirloin steak as there was an issue with the amount of fat on it compared to the meat. The front of house were kind enough to agree and knocked this off the bill. Overall not the best experience, maybe just one of those nights but willing to give it another go as we have not had this on previous visits.

Lovely brunch and lunch meals here. Dog friendly throughout morning and lunch service and our little dachshund enjoyed his visit. We've been a few times and will continue.

Me and my partner went in on the off chance on Friday evening. The staff where very friendly and welcoming. The food was out of this world very filling and delicious. The decor was very quirky which I personally love. Will definitely go back if I'm back in Carlisle.

If there was a 10* option I would have selected that!

Brilliant food, great portion sizes. Everything was cooked to perfection, we went as a party of 12 with V/GF and everyone was catered for! Top service too! Thanks OB, can't wait to come back again!
