This is the best place along the coast.
Nice chilled place to relax in. Join in or not as you choose.
They are upgrading the showers as they were letting the place down.
Lovely good food is available as well as a warm welcome as you enter.
The place is kept clean and tidy.
Plenty of play rooms to explore.
Different atmospheres to enjoy.

Visited the sauna before & after the fire. Improved facilities following the post fire rebuild, nice lounge where you can get refreshments & improved design of sauna, steam room & rest rooms, close to the Port & town centre.

Went to a TGirl tea party and had a great time. Staff were really super friendly and the facilities were great.

i wouldnt give it one star 10 quid at 6.30 only 2 other guys there and a 3rd was just leabing and he was young and indid get a bj from him bit was totally dissapointed ..... wont go again and woukd not reccomend it at all x

I haven't visited the sauna since the fire some years ago. It has been extended and remodelled but is a little like a 'rabbit warren' and a bit sleazy.

On the main first floor there is the reception and changing area together with a TV lounge. Also on this floor is the wet area including a sauna, steam room and some showers which were not working on my visit. Additional showers are close to the changing room. There is also a sling and g.h.s..

You go down to the Jacuzzi and up to a top floor section with two video rooms and the other section with private rooms, dark rooms etc.  The premises have the advantage of an outside smoking area with an additional Jacuzzi.

The clients were of mixed ages - from late 20’s up to 60/70 and quite a bit of action was taking place.

The staff is friendly but little attempt was made to keep the wet areas dry or clean.  I saw no cleaning carried out during the 4 hours I was there!
I also found that the drinks were overpriced in that a bottle of ‘coke’ cost £2 whereas one would expect to pay only £1.50.

Much play is made of the parking behind the premises but this seems full of cars which are using the 'The Real Escape’ next door.  The suggested alternative is the nearby Sainsbury, but this probably has limited parking times.  Otherwise there is the expensive NCP open Car Park opposite - £7.50 for more than 3 hours.

The staff are super friendly and very welcoming which is why I have continued to visit, however the place is becoming dirty with very little cleaning going on and the rabbit roaming freely in the jacuzzi area is not only unhygienic (especially when you have to dodge the droppings everywhere) but inappropriate.
I have heard lots of people complaining about this yet nothing is done.

Honestly if I could give zero I would. If you're looking to go somewhere that'll make you feel dirty before you've even clapped eyes on someone, then this is your place... Unclean, damp, just a very grimy feel to it. It's carpeted all the way through, piles of towels on the floor to attempt to keep it dry. The rooms are disgusting and there's no sign of any ongoing cleaning. Damp creeping across the ceiling in the jacuzzi room, speaking of, the water was green. Disgusting.
With Pink Broadway in Southampton closing, I thought I'd give it a go. I wish I'd listened to the warnings.
A real shame as the staff seemed nice and the customers were respectful and friendly.

First visit here. Not impressed.
A fairly OK welcome, but No offer to show me round or tell me About the place.
Showers were cold, dark, and really run down. Soaking wet floor, pile of towels used as a floor mat, and then horrible plastic drain mats around the sauna area.
A few rooms with open play areas, and TVs on, but they were all small.
Managed to find a dark room, which was not comfy at all.
A few “private rooms”, with mats in them.
Empty Condom wrappers all around the place, bins full, but no where to grab condoms or lube other than carry them round with you.
I was there for 3 hours and didn’t see a single person cleaning anything.
Dark is fine, but it felt grubby and uncared for.
Never managed to find a jacuzzi. Only managed to find a sauna, steam room, and play rooms.

Overall, not great at all.
Make the effort to go to Southampton - Pink Broadway is miles ahead of this place.
