It's okay - but often use the one next door as seems to be more organised and not as busy. As this one is right next to the doctors I imagine most people just use this one, so can't blame the place for that - just the mechanics of people.

Wonderful customer service and all staff are very helpful and polite, I have found boots pharmacy to be one of the best pharmacy to use, just a shame there is not one close to where I live.

It hasn't been Boots Pharmacy for a while now, it's signage says St Thomas Pharmacy so hopefully another locally run business. Seems to be fine when I used it but Luxtons nearby have a lot of loyalty trade.
