My fiance had her ankle operation and then they send her for rehabilitation here. The staff was helpful and everything was perfectly fine now with her leg after just a few sessions of rehabilitation. We would like to tell a huge THANK YOU to all the staff.

Excellent new facilities. This is the 2nd time I’ve had blood taken here. 1st time I had to wait 2, yes that’s 2 minutes. This time it was fairly full and I waited 30 minutes. Very professional and a good advert for how it looks when the NHS gets it right. Well done.

Brilliant service.

No queue even though I arrived at 8:30. Took my son for a test. They were extremely patient with him as he has a phobia of needles. They all offered him words of encouragement and even cheered when he finally managed to sit still. Long queue or not, I firmly believe this would have been the service regardless.

I went here to have blood taken today and I always have issues for some reason. I get lightheaded and sometimes pass out. The nurse that took my blood could not have been nicer. She was so helpful and took my mind off what was happening. Really happy and relieved.

Had a really good physio appointment. Physiotherapist actually went through the issues I had with my body, checked if I could do the exercises (other physios have just given me youtube videos). Was realistic and honest with me, but also listened and gave practical advice, and even included a mental
health check-in. Such a shame the government does not give these places more funding.

I arrived at 12.45 pm to an empty waiting room with two testers present. I was not aware of the pre-booking regulation and was informed of the new procedure. I then asked to be treated as a walk-in patient as there was no one else there and two testers available. My request was declined which left me speechless.

Turned away from an empty waiting room yesterday due to no previous booking being made - this centre is no longer a walk in and take a ticket system. No information has been provided to announce the change (which they claim has been in place since March). Appalling that they wouldn’t do the test even though there was nobody else waiting. Please check before you go to ensure you are not waisting your time.
