Absolutely fantastic. Partner was seen in A&E within a few minutes of arriving. Seen by doctor within the hour and by surgeon in less than two hours. Scans and blood tests done immediately . Admitted and operated on the next morning. Surgery and follow-up care on Clapham Ward outstanding . Hospital was spotlessly clean and all the staff were kind, helpful and professional. Even the food was good!

What a lovely, caring hospital. From admission through A&E to discharge later in the evening I experienced the highest standards of care and compassion. Staff were absolutely rushed off their feet, and the department was so busy that patients were sharing cubicles, but every interaction I observed was unhurried, kind and professional, despite some some quite challenging behaviour from a small number of patients.
Lots of tests were carried out, every option explored, and I went home feeling as if the health professionals at that hospital really cared about me as an individual.
Thanks to all!

We are SO lucky to have such great service at Worthing. Very often people moan about waiting for hours in A&E's. If anyone moans about Worthing, they need to ask themselves how serious their health issue was at the time because I've had to attend a few times in the last year and, either they've mistaken me for someone very famous/important (not likely😆) or, they are doing a superb job because I've not waited longer than a few minutes! THANKS TO ALL THE STAFF, YOU'RE AMAZING❤️❤️❤️

Horrified with many of the issues and observations i witnessed over the 9 weeks my father was in there. My only hope is the feedback our family sent to PALS is taken on board so other people will be safe and looked after in the future. We hope the nursing home will be a safer and more worry free place for his last months.

The Endoscopy Dept treated my mum Mrs OSullivan so very well yesterday during her colonoscopy..pre and post care too were excellent and this is so reassuring in times of stress. Mr Hussain, Sr Margaret , Nurse Sarah and sweet receptionists all deserve a huge hug.

I recently had a Colonoscopy at Worthing hospital. The whole procedure was managed excellently, the team were friendly and professional and made me comfortable and relaxed. I have nothing but praise and a big thank you to them all.

My daughter has appointment cancelled for a breast screening because of a lump and they can’t see her with in the two weeks like they are meant to it was four weeks and now at the 11th hour they messaged her to say they have cancelled her appointment. This is a forgivable Do you know the fear that people go through when they think that you might have a condition like cancer? I’m sure there’s a lot of people out there that do understand that and have their appointment cancelled just an forgivable

UTC clearly couldn't care less about patients and offer a disgustingly woeful service that could easily become dangerous.
Breast team are no better - 3 days in hospital with a baby, separated from toddler, to be told it's not urgent enough (even though they didn't see the patient once) and sent home without any help and no indication of when the issue might be sorted. With zero direct communication. Should be ashamed.
Different people give vastly different information and directions and it's obvious they don't actually communicate with one another.
