Absolutely shocking treatment from staff in A&E. I had an emergency situation and was sent to A&E from 111 and from GP. The lady on the A&E entrance desk spoke to me like dirt and was sarcastic, obviously finding my situation funny. Turned me away to Springfield clinical centre. They sent me back to A&E. Upon waiting in A&E, the same lady was laughing with her colleagues at patients coming in. The language was atrocious and they were bad mouthing patients for all to hear. She seemed to enjoy turning people away. Some of which were in considerable distress. Trying to get into A&E in an emergency is almost impossible now and they are treating patients in a disgusting manner. I'm outraged

I have been in this hospital since last Friday and I am appalled by the food I am expected to eat. Fry sandwiches -ham, cheese and than that are totally unappetising with little or no flavour. Today was given a curry that was at least three days old, and tastes worse that BR sandwiches of the 1950s. Other people might be satisfied - I am not.
Even the water tastes foul Nd the water in Milton Keynes tastes far sweeter, and I still fail to understand why patients with dementia share a general ward.

I recently had knee replacement surgery. Mr mundy was the surgeon, all his theatre staff and those on Compton ward was absolutely brilliant, they made the stay relaxing and wel cared for and would join in with the banter of the patients whilst still remaining professional. My thanks to you all

Took my Grandson down last Saturday afternoon after being injured at rugby, can’t praise the staff enough including the paramedics outside A and E who went in and got a wheelchair for him as he couldn’t put weight on his foot.
I arrived in my car and was helped by the paramedics to get him out and seated in the wheelchair.
As he was 16 I was advised to go to the paediatrics entrance which would be quicker.
In and out in an hour, staff are amazing, can’t praise them enough.

I am grateful for all the help I received from the drs, nurses, midwives and other supporting members. I have been to this hospital many times for different health issues and also had my little girl there. Every time no matter how busy it was, everyone was polite and treated me with dignity. Of course there could be some improvement regarding booking appointments and filing procedures etc. But overall I couldn’t fault the care I received. Now since moving away I no longer receive such good care anymore.

Absolutely disgusting the wait time for A&E is ridiculous I have been in this hospital waiting since 2.pm and I’m still here at 18.20 and there is no privacy when going into the rooms they keep the door open for the whole waiting area to hear my business absolutely ridiculous. Another visit at A&E over the weekend and my 1 star review still remains. As they say the waiting time is between 3-5 hours . Imagine I got there at 16.43pm and left at 2.30am I didn’t have my car as it was in the garage. They took so long that I couldn’t even get the last bus home there was no busses at that time of the morning I had no money . I was so scared I had to walk all the way home a 50 min walk home alone in the dark. I’m so mad absolutely fuming and to top it off there is no where to charge your phone so I was walking home in the dark with a dead battery. They don’t care about your safety clearly not !

Excellent service, by all the doctors, nurses & all the staff members that works for the NHS. High time, people stop mourning & complaining about NHS services, for the tax that we pay & the service that we receive is beyond words.I will always be thankful & greatfull to all of the team members that work at the Neonatal ward, they
work day in & day out just for the public, to give a good service.Very well trained & extremely professionals. Very friendly & passionate about their work.Keep up the good work .👍👍👍👍
