KTP solicitors

The person I spoke to was more interested in arguing with me instead of offering constructive advice as per the 30 minutes free.
He was downright rude and did not listen to what I said. My advice would bento speak to someone else at a different company and the 30 minutes actually lasted 8 minutes of which he mostly argued with me.
I would have preferred that he said he could not help me.
Avoid unless you have loads a money 💰 I expect they will be nice to you then!

Unacceptable service.
Bought my house in September 2021 and not completed until April 2022 due to delayed progress by staff that been passing the case for one member of staff to another by the end I was on the fourth person that was dealing with my file.
Very poor communication between staff and client at all levels.
I am aware of delays due to covid but based on my personal experience I
wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

Do not operate good practice. No warning of using my details to notify other people involved with my confidential information. Caused a-lot of issues and stress with my family as information was shared without checking it was ok with me first. One line rude responses over email too. I wouldn't use this place.

Couldn’t recommend KTP Solicitors enough. They’ve been such a big help with my parents move and my own move experience. I want to thank Paul Hinton for always keeping myself up to date with everything with my parents sale and I want to thank Elizabeth Hinton for her professionalism and always being in the ball for my very own property sale. I wouldn’t go anywhere else or use anyone besides KTP as they generally get work done and get back to you works a polite manner, thank you again.

Didn't even hear my solicitor really speak in court. Think I would represent myself next time

My wife and I had an amazing experience with Elizabeth Hinton. We can't recommend her enough . Extremely knowledgeable, fast to respond and get things done . NEVER left us in the dark , during the entire process we knew what was happening and what would be the next step . I had our sellers contacting us to ask about the process he mentioned he wasn't as confident on his solicitors as we were on ours . Highly recommend her .

Absolutely disgusting firm!!!

They were representing me in my case for accidental breach of curfew back in 2019. on my first and only offense with no criminal record and they actually encouraged the judge to send me to jail. As a result I served an 8 month sentence through no fault of my own!!

1000% would no recommend and I've heard nothing but horror storys about these solicitors since serving my sentence!!! Vile disgusting people!!!

Most nasty and hateful solicitor I've ever met. Mr Kitchen, didn't look at my case or files they requested me to bring, all he did was slander my name and gave me no advice. Sorry he did give me advice,, it was my fault and he didn't know anything about my case or situation... But could wait to take my £125 for wasting 40 minutes of my time.... What a rip off back street solicitors.
