Liquorpond Surgery

My family have been with this practice over the year now. However, the quality of customer service is continually getting worse especially via phone. It is just terrible!. To get in touch with someone You need to spend more than an hour, just sitting on the phone (not a joke). If You are fortunate enough, then maybe your problem is going to be solved. However, if you aren't fortunate enough you can get surprised. The surprise would be when you are calling the GP to arrange an appointment, for example, and spending an hour from your life in line, suddenly the system can just disconnect You. Guess what You need to next, so then You again need to call them and start your ''exciting journey''. Perhaps on the second try, You won't be disconnected, but who knows.

Conclusion:
If You are looking for a new surgery and You have plenty of spare time and nerve cells. Then I would recommend this one.

BUT

If You are a normal busy person who values your nerve cells, then I will give You a tip, do not even consider this GP for yourself.

Nobody cares about patients in this surgery anymore, very unhappy with the lacking of help over the phone.

Been at this surgery all my life.
Doctors, nurses, HCA and receptionists are nothing but friendly and put you at easy, very professional.
Appointments easy to get in a timely manner.

Please sort out your phone line ive tried 3 different phones and all the calls have failed
No point sending me letters to book an appointment if i cant get in contact with you

Very good surgery i have had no problem with it and all the doctors are very good

Wow!... What can I say, other than an absolutely abysmal, incompetent, unprofessional, negligent practice. Abusive bullies who are clearly incapable of providing ANY level of basic customer service, let alone any medical care. You DISGUST me... You need to get over yourselves, before you kill somebody .

"Liquorpond" is a very apt name for you - As clearly that is exactly where your slimy staff and medical team are. AVOID!

Literally can't get an appointment unless your dying. Mother tried to call she was second in line and when it was her turn they hung up. Luckily it wasn't urgently needed. But also called to get a prescription for her inhaler and medicine for the inhaler the tablets didn't appear.

Ok, after trying for few good months to book an appointment because of my severe stomach pain, as a student it's impossible to book an appointment because of my timetable. You are waiting too long for the robot to finish his marvelous speech of covid. Also, I remember that I called at 7:59 and 8:00 but no one answered, I called at 08:10 again, no one answered and then I called at 8:30 and the appointments were already booked. For sure I will change the GP because having a system that you are not allowed to book an appointment the following days, in my opinion it's very unprofessional.
