New Lyminge Surgery

Doctors are brilliant but my god I have more chance of winning the lottery than getting through on the phone. Tried all morning and then again in the afternoon just to constantly get the engaged tone...over...and over again.
Always the same at this surgery, 50 + attempts and still not got through!!
Text message from doctor to book bloods test with nurse but they just don’t answer the phone.
Would have given a 1 star but that’s not fair on the doctors who have always been brilliant whenever I’ve managed to get through.

I have been with this surgery for many years and have not had any problems, nothing but good professional caring service. If I had to find fault it would be trying to get through on the phone. I think the solution would be to have more people on the phone. I would love to volunteer my time to do this.

The doctors here are lovely and really care about their patients.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Doctor Jonathan Bryant today. He made me feel very at ease and explained my condition to me in depth. A very nice man indeed!

I chose this surgery as I had previously been under the care of Dr Powell at another practice. I can find no fault
with the care I have received. I feel that some of these reviews are unfair considering the pandemic. All GPS are in the same boat. Yes, it is frustrating when the phone lines are busy but you just have to keep trying.

My partner has been in absolute agony phoned for an appointment was told not doing telephone appointment told to go a online service very lengthy process, very complicated and convoluted, got an email back saying will get a phone next day. An email reply followed not addressing the situation not taking pain levels into consideration, was advised being referred, he is still in agony absolutely appaling service.

Can never get though on the phone .
Permanently engaged.
Luck of the draw when you can get though.
Maybe one receptionist plus one in a good way forward .
Its bad enough when you finally get though to be told theres no more appointments available 😔😔

Positives: Fantastic, helpful staff and great doctors!

Downside: Can NEVER EVER get through on the phone! Not occasionally, all the time. Impossible!
