The worst health reception service I've seen in my life. Very bad service from the reception. They do not help you at all and you ask questions and answer different things that do not make sense. I am pregnant and urgently needed an appointment with the doctor and finally because of the reception I had to go to another medical center.

If i have the opportunity to sanction any health care practice centre, this would be my first.

From the receptionist to the doctor are very unwelcoming, unserious and inattentive to my health issues.

I told the doctor on the phone,i can barely sit down for 15min due to my chest pains and the next he had to knowingly keep me waiting for 30min talking to someone on the phone, exhausting 30min after the schedule time of the appointment, even though i meet him at the entrance which he ask me to wait for 5more minute.

I'm surprised by all the negative reviews. I've been a patient at this surgery for about 5 years now. The receptionists have been nothing but helpful to me. My G.P, Dr. Phornnarrit is the most understanding, professional & respectful doctor I've ever had. 5 stars for this medical practice from me.

I stopped visiting this GP practice several months ago because there is usually only one GP available, whose appointment I would never want to book again ( and this should explain why there are so many negative feedbacks on this practice), and it’s very hard to secure an appointment with any other GPs from this practice. If you have been a patient to a GP practice long enough and there is only one GP that has loads and loads of time slots available while the appointments from the others are like a lottery ticket of Cabaret with Eddie Redmayne within the cast which you have to grab swiftly, you know what story is going on. NOBODY just wants her. I would have to tell Dr. Vihhu Kaushal’s name directly, because I feel it would be extremely unfair to the other doctors within the practice if I just left a general criticism to this practice, whom I did have a chance to visit (though very few) and they did their job professionally and diligently.

I had several appointments with Dr. Vihhu Kaushal, the thing which surprised me most is she cannot even tell which one from paracetamol and ibuprofen is NSAID and apply them properly according to the circumstances. It’s just like a painter who doesn’t know what the paint is. There are also other situations which are similar to this so even though she has got a degree from Bristol I would still put her qualification into question. Secondly, I have received the consultation phone call from her at unexpected times because she didn’t make the call at the time which the appointment was scheduled, not even close! I remember there was a time that she made the phone call two hours earlier than the scheduled time and I had to stand on the street and also in the rain to answer her questions. I asked her the reason why she didn’t call at the scheduled time and she just responded very irresponsibly that the appointment time doesn’t necessarily mean that’s the time she would make the phone call. FOR GOD’S SAKE, then why does the patient even need to pick a time slot? Thirdly, another reason why I am saying she is unprofessional is that she avoids any face-to-face appointment as much as she can, even though the appointment has to be face to face. I had a knee injury which was very bad and had to be looked at by someone before doing any diagnosis. I would never manage to have a face-to-face appointment if I didn't insist over and over again. For the other doctors, they offer to do the face-to-face appointment actively even in the case that I don’t think it’s necessary. And after checking even when they didn’t find anything, they will suggest any possible health problems according to the symptoms I describe and provide further observation. That’s what a professional doctor should be and who I think the tax I've paid should be towards, rather than someone who just paracetamol everything.

The receptionist make the appointment difficult I’m no want to talk about my case in phone with him I need an appointment with a gp in the end I’m confused because he ask alot of questions and he will decide if he give you the appointment or not and asking to send the result of test wth is that?he’s a receptionist or a doctor ? So I don’t feel comfortable with that it’s not normal that’s all

It’s always impossible to get a face to face appointment, they see you coming back a because it is urgent , but they don’t give a …… (if you go there always it is empty ) they are the only one who refuse to see you , dentist see you , UTC see you , gastroenterologist see you , they can’t and the funny thing is , by the phone they can guess what you got or give (trial ) medication , what a genius ehm?
Depending who is there at the receptionist it’s hard to get an appointment even if (based on your experience) your telling them they are giving a wrong information (ex: stool test done , I already tried to book an appointment in a week time to have the results, the receptionist told me that she could give me the results just by the phone , and she was insisting , even me telling her based on my previous experience she couldn’t , so I trusted her , and took me 3 weeks to have a 3 minutes chat with a doctor , that prove me I was once again right .

I would like to say a big thank you to Garway Medical Practice for always being so friendly and professional & like to mention Dr Jedth Phornnarit who I have been seeing for years now, he is always so approachable & has such a friendly manner, he never rushes you during your appointment & listens to your problems and explains your treatment & how things can be resolved. I always feel very happy with my experience. I would also like to mention Janki the Pharmacist who I saw & treated me in a friendly professional manner,
