Would give 0 stars if I could.
Absolutely pointless service ... can't answer calls, if your extremely lucky to speak to someone usually can't give an appointment or advice. If you do get an appointment it's via phone call that consists of a one ring and hang up!

I was number 2 in the call que for over 20 minutes and then gave up. Obviously not answering the phones.
