Dr Newmans Clinic

I had the treatment a few years ago at the clinic in London. It was very expensive and it didn't work. prior to the treatment. they said they'd provide a video of the treatment I received to show how "amazing" it was, but I didn't get the video. The veins were still there and I got bad scabbing from it - the clinic didn't respond when I contacted them afterwards to tell them that it didn't work. I don't understand how there are so many amazing testimonials on the net - I guess they remove any negative ones. Huge rip off - don't trust him. I ended with scars and the veins are still there.

I've been receiving treatment at Dr Newmans Clinic for 10 years. I suffer from chronic rosacea and every couple of years, the veins re-appear on my face. Prior to Dr Newmans I used to have laser treatment and although sometimes cheaper, I was never happy with the results and had to come back more frequently.

Although I started my journey with Dr Finigan, I would like to thank Dr Roser & Dr Madan who have seen me more recently.

If I could give zero star I would, absolutely zero results after one session in Harley street! What a waste of time and wad of money!!! I am being honest with you do not jeopardize your cosmetic concerns and go here. People at the reception behave the patient as if they are doing a favour and answer your significant questions disrespectfully! I made a mistake and referred my African American Neighbour to here and again They just lied and said the vessels will be gone in one or two sessions but they got worse 🤦‍♂️ there is this lady Sarah at the clinic who happens to be a real rascist towards tourists and people speaking a second language or from different ethnicity. We are never coming back

Dr Newmans Clinic have been fantastic. After the first treatment I still had some issues, but the aftercare team arranged for a 2nd treatment and the difference was unbelievable.

No support was given, upon informing them the treatment had made no difference. In fact, my daughter’s veins are worse and there are brown scar lines where the machine was used. I don’t believe the positive reviews. And if they are genuine (doubtful), then lucky them. We were not told that the veins might be made worse. We were assured of visible results once the redness (from post procedure) had settled. We were told that any further sessions would only be needed to get rid of leftover veins. At no point were we warned that the procedure might either not help at all, or make the situation worse. My daughter was still too upset about this to write this review herself. Fair enough if something doesn’t work but be upfront about it. Tell people it might not work at all. Tell them your veins may be made worse. But guess why they don’t!? This is not how they plug it. They really sell it to you. I enquired myself about having the treatment done, then my daughter decided to go first. I wish I had gone first so that she didn’t have to suffer. These people really don’t care if they ruin your already red skin. I advise you to photograph what you’re signing and take before and after photos and ask them to explain what they will do if they make your skin worse. We voice memo’d the consultation and it is beyond disgusting how positive they talk about it. There’s no question of it not working. They tell you it will work. That you’ll see results. When my daughter called to say it hadn’t worked and her skin was worse, they didn’t care. They just had the audacity to say that she’d have to pay another £395 for 2-3 more sessions. Who in their right mind would pay for more sessions when there was no improvement after the first one!?!?!? We were told that any further needed sessions would only be to get rid of remaining veins that weren’t dispersed the first time. Absolutely disgraceful. I have respect for businesses who help their clients if they have been left in a state. But not a company like this. They take your money and couldn’t care less about leaving you devastated. We aren’t letting them get away with this, if we can help it. We have proof that they are miselling this procedure. Luckily we took lots of before and after photos. Please do the same if you go for this procedure. Not that I recommended you go near these fraudsters! Go with a company that promise (in writing) to support you if they fail to help your skin, or (as with my daughter) make it worse. The consultation was around £135 and the session was £395. Not cheap to have your skin left worse than before. They said the session would be 20 minutes but it was 10. They said it would be painless but it certainly wasn’t. Please please do not go near these people.

Worse than before.
This treatment is not inexpensive! So now just over £500 down I am really disappointed. For me it did not work and in fact made things worse. I will not return and found the whole experience painful and counterproductive.
