The experience was wholly positive. The room in which the video consultation took place in the pharmacy is private, and the staff helpful. Be prepared to type a couple of sentences about your condition to give the doctor advance notice. The doctor (a GP trainer, so very experienced) was quick to understand and very clear in his explanations. I couldn’t recommend more highly.

It's not seeing a doctor, it's a small cold room with a computer in and a video link to a doctor. The NHS do something similar for free, don't waste your money.

Brilliant service! Christmas Eve and we woke up in London with a distressed 7 yr old with an ear infection (who has issues with ear infections that quickly progress) far from home and all the local NHS surgeries told us they had no appointments. This was a life saver - reasonable fee and the lovely doctor we were connected to remotely looked in little one’s ear with the tool provided to us to get a live stream of the offending ear onto the computer screen. Then he sent the prescription digitally straight to the pharmacy we were already in - couldn’t have been easier! Just wish the service was in our home town too!
