Worst surgery I have ever come across. Been trying to book an appointment for weeks. Every time I fill in the online consultation it says I need to call my GP for an emergency appointment, so I call back and they say I have to fill in the online consultation again?! I’m going in circles. I also haven’t heard anything back from my smear test which I had 5 months ago, so chased and they said the system says i went in a year too early. No one told me this or apologised for asking me to come in early. If you can avoid this surgery I would.

The worst GP practice I have EVER come across. Absolutely impossible to get an appointment. Never answer the phone and ignore emails. If I could give ZERO stars then I would.

An absolute disgrace to the medical profession, as clearly have no interest for caring for the sick and vulnerable in their area.

One of the worst GPs in London, had requested for appointment in June received a call on 15th July 22, physical inspection by Doc on 29th July 22 and recommended immediate scans and test, hazeldene raised a request with hospital only in September despite have 7-8 follow since Aug. And till date i.e. Mid sep no appointment from Hospital. So think twice before you choose this GP

The worst of the worst. Emergency appointment took 3 weeks, extremely rude staff over the phone, unbelievably long waiting time.
In June 2022 I got an appointment for neurology for the 20. of January 2023.
Very well done. Please avoid this place if you can.

Absolutely shocking service every time. Do not even bother with this surgery. My 2 year old son needed repeat prescription for his steroid inhaler and I was told to fill out an e-consultation form which would take 3/4 days until a doctor got back to me. However no one bothered to call me. My son ended up in A&E on nebuliser and steroid shots and still no one is bothered and it’s day 6 now since I’ve completed the e consult form. Absolute joke! Need to be reported to PALS!!

Apparently they don't want to do their job in general, the service is lousy, they never answer calls to reception to make an appointment and I always end up traveling just to make an appointment, they don't know what illness you have and they never do any studies on you, even if you show face to face what you have

Absolutely horrible!
Run away from this place as far as possible.
I dealt with this surgery a few times, they are super slow, very unoranised, lazy - telephone line and their opening times are from 8 AM, but the lines only start working around or after 8:15 and you can hear the clerk on the other line saying goodmorning to other colleagues, meanin they're running late.

You cannot call or walk-in to book / request a GP's appointment, you have to use their online e-consult platform, which is subcontracted I believe. Basically to book an appointment you have to go through this unecessary and stupid really stage where you have to explain what is wrong with you and what do you want from them, they will then take 48 hours more or less to respond and ask more questions before booking a visit - really stupid!

I had a scenario where I had severe headaches and was going back and forward with appointments, eventually they offered me an appointment in 2 weeks time - I went balistic on them saying they are a joke, I have a serious condition and this is the best they can do after I had to deal with this online rubbish consultation and they immediatelly offered me a visit in the next few days - lazy people.

Their other branches - Haseldene - whenever you call them, the line is always busy, you go there to speak in person and they take forever to answer the intercom and make you talk to them outside via intercom - how does this chain even exist???

Receptionist was extremely RUDE!!!!

I arrived needing to use the toilet desperately (of which there was no sign) I asked the receptionist politely for the toilet and was told, "What do you want I am on the phone".
I went to see if I could find the toilet within the waiting area and she shouts "you wait I'm on the phone".
So I waited and eventually a locked door with no signage turned out to be the toilet... what am I paying NI for again?
