Had an awful attack of gout. Managed to drive myself to mildenhall but did damage driving. Simply couldn’t walk. At one stage I fell over and was prone on the pavement and members of the public simply walked round me. I had to phone the surgery to say I’d be late as I was struggling to walk. Minutes later they phoned back to ask where I was and minutes after that one of the receptionists arrived with a wheelchair. I honestly believe if she hadn’t done this id still be on that pavement. After my appointment I called my dad to pick me up and two receptionists wheeled me outside and helped me into the car. I can’t speak highly enough of the reception staff it was well above the call of duty. I wish id taken note of the name of the lady who originally came with the chair but if she reads this thank you so much.

Called to request a repeat sick note for my mental health. Usually I don't have any issue with this. However The receptionist who was conversing with me not only refused to put the request in with my doctor but she cut me off mid sentence whilst I was trying to request a phone call, to talk with a doctor and then continued to raise her voice Repeatedly saying "alright love and goodbye". So unprofessional and really mean, I was on the phone for less than a minute before I chose to hang up whilst in tears.

Very rude and abrupt reception staff. Pharmacy staff are very friendly and helpful and so are the doctors / nurses but unfortunately you have to go via the rude reception staff, which let the whole surgery down. Covid has only made them worse and enhanced their "god complex", they all need to go on courses to correct their attitudes!

I spent 2 days helping all staff with IT. None of them are rude! I think maybe the people visiting should all work a day in their shoes! Very upset with the comments. 😡

45 mins on hold to book an apt.
Turns up to apt 10 minutes early, waits 1hr 40 mins (so far) to be told they can't see you. Just save yourself time and hassle and go somewhere else, like anywhere else.

Wonderful surgery. Love the eConsult option they now have. Really quick call backs from doctors- within 6hours for my daughter and a day for me. Very swift service for her flu jab. Also saw me twice for problems quickly in the last 6months.
Thank you for all you are doing to keep us safe and well.

I have tried for over 3 weeks to get a telephone call with a doctor, only to be told do a E consult, I did that then to be told to call docs for a telephone appointment, which I did on my next day off. Waited all day for a phone call from the doc which the receptionist had told me would be that day. No they ring a few days later when I'm at work and I can't take call, this has happened a couple of times now.
So I call after another missed call to say how frustrating it is that you don't call the day you should and that I can't take calls at work and that I try to get a call from docs on my days off which they don't do. Receptionist called Donna was so rude to me said I raised my voice at her when I didn't! Then thought she'd put me on hold, when speaking to the doc and was moaning about me to the doc, when I told her I could hear the conversation she had about me to the doc she replied very bluntly that I couldn't of, I said I did and how rude of you she then called me a liar and said I wouldn't be able to hear the conversation, which I can assure everyone I did. I just want to see a doc about mental health issues that are getting bad with my daughter and get this attitude from reception staff😒

Been with this doctors for a few years.. seems everytime I call I'm greeted with obnoxiously rude attatude without failure it's everytime! People should feel confident calling their doctors not feeling judged it takes alot for some people to be able to pick the phone up in the first place.. not very reassuring :/
