Some very rude unhelpful receptionist
That do not listen and imply you are lying
Can rarely get through for an appointment
Considering this surgery covers an estate. They have very few appointments to offer and shut for two hours four days a week and half day Wednesday. Lucky I can drive to Swanscombe to see someone.

Dreadful treatment by the receptionist. She was having problems with the computer, so asked for our name & number & she "might" get back us, or as she said to another patient, "I might forget". When I asked her why did she have an attitude, was told "do you want to give me your number or not", or shall I answer this phone, i said to answer the phone she said, very rudely, well i cant do anything about it as i havent got a computer. Terrible behaviour.
I understand she was having some difficulty, but she should not be rude to the waiting people.
Will be trying to register with another doctor for sure. Would like to give no star, but sadly it won't let me.
Later, the other receptionist did ring me back to let me hook an appointment, her attitude was so much better, shame she wasn't there before.

After waiting 3 weeks for my face to face appoint they cancel the night before… when they are closed of course so you can’t get in touch. Now telephone call. No sorry. They have no concern for their patients . Very very upset with their cavalier attitude

Update - July 2022, they've improved now; so, I'm moving the star from 1 to 3 because they picked up the phone within 10 minutes and you can be seen same day if you get to the surgery by 8am.

Please don't register with the Lamorna surgery 🙏 Since Covid-19 they've become an absolute time-waster. They put you on hold for hours and hours, waiting for more than 3 hours and no one picks the phone. Often you have to cut off and call 111. And even on occasion when they pick the phone after 3 hours no apology, nothing. They all are claiming from NHS money for doing nothing.

Staff are very helpful and doctors are exceptional when you can get an appointment. Only knocked down 1 star due to being unable to get through to book appointments.

terrible 1 minute to 8 telephoned answer machine says surgery closed rung back 8 am line engaged for for 1 hour eventually got through all appointments had gone i was trying for 1 hour to get through only to find no doctors appointments were available not good enough . then told to ring 111 and waste time

Cannot fault this surgery. Was given an appt there as my surgery couldn't fit me in - saw a very understanding doctor who listened to me rather than talked at me. Reception staff were friendly and professional. When I rung on other occasions to get follow up appts, I've never had an issue

Absolute farce. Waited 32 minutes on the phone and went from caller number 5 to caller number 2 when it just rang and rang and rang. Phoning on behalf of my 90 year old father regarding his booster jab and flu jab. No wonder i had him on the phone in tears. Hes elderly and deaf and could not possibly make sense of that long winded garbled message at the beginning. We are told to respect the staff in said message which would be very difficult especially if you needed a Dr urgently. Not 111 or a hospital. A Dr. Absolute shambles and i am bloody fuming. Thank god i live in Suffolk where we have kind, compassionate GP's. What a sad sorry state of affairs for you poor sods using these quacks.
