Had my first appointment with this doctors tonight. They sent me 2 messages saying 4.30 i arrive at 4.25 only to be told by the receptionist im late. I should of been there for 4pm. I showed her my messages and she told me to take aseat. Then she told me i had to leave and return tomorrow again i refused. This is thete error not mine. The receptionist then treatened me with the police if i didnt leave. Her behaviour was a disgrace she is a disgrace. And should be fired with immediate affect.

Worse place ever. When you call reception very rude. Can't see a doctor have to wait ages for a call back. And they keep blaming covid. I have been given the wrong tablets twice tablets I have never ever been prescribed. All because reception can't do their job. Left with bad menopause problems for 2 years . Because I can't get in to see a doctor

Absolutely disgusting surgery. Promises of phone calls back but never happen.
Receptionists rude and can't be bothered.
Do we really want to keep this surgery going definitely not. Be better off getting rid of staff and doctors who really are lazy and don't want face to face appointments with people.
Got to rank high in the top 10 of worst surgeries in England.
I'd rate it as the worst in the country.

Disgusting Dr’s surgery. Had so many issues with them and had only been with them under a year. Luckily I’ve moved to Crainleigh Gardens and they are amazing!!

Redgate receptionists are so unbothered &

I got given the wrong prescription for my sons milk (which he’s never even had the one that was prescribed so don’t know why she decided to give me something different) and it had made him ill. Raised this issue and all she had to say was “we usually give this milk to babies”

Promises of phone calls that never get returned. Good luck speaking with anyone after 9 for an app but with Crainleigh I call at 5pm and seen at 5:30. They actually care about their patients.

I would strongly advise you move surgery’s asap, or better still, don’t register there. All the reviews are the exact same!

Just an hour ago, a older woman receptionist thought she knew my disability and decided to be a very stroppy, rude and had a nasty tongue! my prescription is overdue, I am new to the area, and she hung up on me and never gave me my urgent prescription, meanwhile I’m in agony with 3 bulging discs into my spine and have been left without meds all because the receptionist thinks she’s a doctor, I was with wells health centre for 22 years and the staff are absolutely wonderful and not one problem, I’ve only been with this disgusting place for a few months and they need closing down, absolutely disgusting! I’ve recorded the phone call and I will be reporting to the local councillor and get a meeting as it’s actually illegal for them to refuse you your medication

I fully appreciate that the NHS is suffering massively with staff shortages and lack of funding, but the basic fundamentals of how to run a business are missing at this practice. Hours spent trying to contact staff, who in the main are curt and unhelpful. Trying to get an appointment of any description is virtually impossible and the electronic interface via the NHS App is a farce. I have left several messages spanning over 6 weeks and have never received a reply, even though it claims you will be responded to in 2 working days. I have now given up my fight with these guys and have requested to change surgery. If my health wasn’t in jeopardy then it my be amusing, but it is, and believe me thats not funny. Yours appalled J S Lilley.

Terible . Impossible to get an appointment. Rude and unhelpful reception staff. Always late. Let things drag on for months because of lack of appointment available. If you don't call at 8 am and be on phone for 45 mins you won't even get here. Would give 0 stars if I could.

I will be changing doctors in the new year you can never get a appointment, you never get a call back and you have to explain what is wrong to the receptionist. Not very happy with Redgate medical centre.
