It should be rated 0 stars or minus 0.
Terrible surgery with some terrible receptionist's.
Their attitudes really need to be sorted out. I’ve been spoken down to and given a run down of one woman’s health sector experiences of 20 years that was never alluded to in the main conversation. I have no idea where it even came from! Maybe a bad previous call but that’s in the past don’t bring that on to other patients.
The whole way they deal with appointments is extremely frustrating. Have to go online and fill out a form, wait 1-2 days for surgery to call to then have to go through the entire form again!? What’s the point of typing it all out to begin with!?
It’s only then that the receptionist will determine if you need an appointment.
Excuse me no, they shouldn’t determine anything.
They have no medical degree to confirm someone’s health status, and they should not be given any power to decide who sees a dr and who doesn’t. Just NO!
In person is awful, the way I’ve heard front desk workers speak to patients who are complaining (rightly so) after having waited over an hour and a half for their appointment because the surgery is running late! Mind blown.
Such disrespect.
I’m changing my surgery asap. I don’t want to be associated with this surgery from any point in the future.I’m researching places closer to home and I’ve found some nice ones.
I feel for the patients unable to change surgery’s. How unfortunate.

Been trying to ring since 8am but the call gets cancelled before it even rings. Tried e-consult which fobs me off to NHS 111 regardless of what answers I give. Lazy surgery which if it was a school would already be in the special measures category and would eventually be closed down. I wonder how many patients have died because of their lax attitude to care. Please ignore the glowing reviews as they are obviously fake.

I currently have covid I am asthmatic and have heart problems I did and e consult for help on a Friday and had no response from them even when they said they would get back to me I am now currently 4 days positive and had to go to the Ed for treatment still looking good fir some assistance with my breathing and don't want to overload the hospitals with me especially as I am covid positive. Been with the practice 20 years never had such bad service I will call them tomorrow but I doubt they will help

Very poor practice. Receptionist sent my elderly father to the wrong part of the building, luckily he had his mobile so I managed to find him! No apology. Tried to contact the surgery to complain and was told someone would ring back.... Guess what they didn't! Absolutely terrible 😞

It’s genuinely getting even worse. They do not care whatsoever about the public or their health. They might get their arses in gear to get past a box-ticking audit but the reality is the service is beyond dreadful. The reception staff are so rude and find it funny to hang up as soon as you question anything. I left the surgery one star a while ago, it’s even worse now.

I have never had an issue with this surgery and the staff have always been lovely but the woman on reception Beverley is the rudest woman I have ever spoke to, interrupting me while I was speaking and told me she heard me the 1st time when I was trying to explain my daughters issues, told me she would speak with the GP and get back to me which she never did so I had to ring the surgery back for her to be rude again The surgery has gone down hill since covid and today they refused to see my 4 month old daughter and wouldn’t even make an appointment because Beverley had said they had emergencies booked in today but I don’t understand why I couldn’t book an appointment for a future date, I am shocked and disgusted in GPS. The nurses are always so lovely and helpful and that is way I have gave 3 stars.

My regular appointments with staff like Joanna are amazing, so friendly and make me feel comfortable. However when trying to get mental health sorted the staff are terrible, they don’t properly check my details as they don’t really know anything about me not even my age and just bounce me back and forth constantly with zero support. I get there’s a lot going on with healthcare but there’s literally no support provided other than sending me to different places who say only the GP can do it then it just repeats

Absolutely terrible service!
I've been trying since 8am as advised to gain access to booking an appointment via the econsult, and I've been text the wrong website by the receptionist!
Still haven't been able to gain access and the phone line is constantly busy -im a new patient here and already regretting it!
