Park Surgery

Getting a appointment for my 9 year old son is a impossible task untill I called the NHS complain helpline for desperate help.
Receptionist are giving Me different instructions to get a appointment.
To call later or tomorrow or take my child to her hospital or keep the child home to get a appointment and this keeps on going on for days until I complained to the NHS.
No human rights with this gp surgery.

Very rude and unhelpful receptionists on every occasion I have rang over the past cpl of years
Wanted appointment ring at times they say and nothing is ever available, started ringing at 10.17 on hold apparently I was ‘1st’ in queue and reception answered to tell me all appointments had been taken, appointments that get released at 10.30 and the call was answered at dead on 10.30, a joke of a system, and when I asked if it’s better to actually be at the surgery for 10.30 to book she said no call take priority! Apparently there are 6 phone lines she told me and they get answered randomly
Well 6 phone lines are ok when you have more than 1 person answering them, I asked her what she suggested I do to get an appointment she said ring at 10.30!

If there is a option - - - 0,I would give tht.we,ve been with this surgery last 3 yrs and very very bad experience.most of the staff are very rude.very rare if someone spoke to you nicely.they lied a lot.most of the time staff dnt know what they doing.whenever we called for our prblm or for appointments,they Jst keep lying.1 staff said something else then spoke to another one she said something else.keep making up excuses.Rubbish horrible surgery.I wish I could bring my old surgery back which is closed 3yrs ago.now they say tht Go to A&E or see the pharmacist.Close this surgery then and we register with A&E or pharmacy.this surgery is an absolutely joke

Very disappointed, a year or so ago I came to my gp asking for help with my mental health, I felt I was going to hurt myself, the doctor allowed me to leave the room in tears as he told me there was nothing he could of done. A month later I did hurt myself. Should have received the treatment I needed. Now I’m asking for my anti depressants to be increased, I was not only asked why bu a receptionist which is confidential, but then told a nurse would ring and they NEVER did. Found out it was because they had failed to write down that I needed an appointment and check up with a. Nurse. I’m now having to wait weeks for a consultation. The lack of accountability the surgery has is shocking. If this was a physical injury this wouldn’t be happening

My mam has been with this surgery for a few years, she's always had a hard time getting anything from them this month the lead receptionist not sure if its Anna showed her great kindness she said this was the first person who listened just want to Thank you on behalf of my mam.

I like 2 thank emna 4 every think she have do e 4 me in park surgery she got time 2 lisen and she understands ever think a big big thank u emma

Clare, a nurse in Park Surgery is so kind and helpful. She is very cooperative nurse with positive attitude. She is doing my health checks since last year and I find her very caring.
