I had an issue with chocolates I bought being passed their sell by date 5 weeks after I bought them but still being sold at full price so without checking I wasn't aware. I appreciated the owner coming back to me letting me know that this was Thornton's guidelines and would have given me a refund but I had already passed onto family as I knew they would eat them before this date. The staff are always friendly so I'm glad I am happy to shop here again as long as I check the dates.

The staff are so helpful and go above and beyond to help out. The cards and gifts are lovely and I always find what I’m looking for when I go in.
