No problems. Ordered glass and was told it was there to pick up 5 days before it was expected so all good 👍 exact size and in perfect condition.

I sent an email to your company on 20.03.2019 asking if you deliver to the Scottish Highlands and looking for a price for a splashback. Having received no acknowledgement and no reply I called your company on 26.03 2019. I told the guy that eventually answered, after trying all three departments, that I had emailed but had had no reply, he didn't even apologise! I asked about delivery to the Scottish Mainland, he tried to look up my postcode but couldn't find it so decided to use an Edinburgh postcode instead just to get a price (Edinburgh is 170 miles away from me) which would cost an EXTRA £167........disgraceful...........we are on the MAINLAND.........it wouldn't cost me more to courier something to you!! I am absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated by your company and would NEVER recommend you though your products look beautiful.....such a shame you're customer services are totally rubbish!

Used Treforest Glass for a large order of glass units in many different sizes. No issues at all with communication and the order was spot on with free delivery. Have used them again since and would recommend them to anyone. Cheers!

Pretty shocked at the poor reviews to be honest. They were outstanding on several occasions that I used them. Please take a chance to familiarise yourself with the detail of the poor reviews. And some businesses are quite frankly, better off without the customers that have left the poor reviews such as the ones commenting here.

Most of the poor reviews were when Treforest Glass were in the height of the pandemic and experiencing supply problems and staffing shortages. Other issues involve people ringing the shop and not getting an response or emailing. These guys are very successful and well regarded in the South Wales area so it may be that they are a victim of their own success.

They are very reasonably priced and when you do offer excellent value and high level of service - you unfortunately do attract unreasonable and entitled customers. Rather than leave a negative review because you made an enquiry and hadn't heard back, just move on. These disgruntled and entitled customers are the bain of every business owner. Similarly a bizarre review from someone located in Scotland who was quoted £167 courier cost for glass from South Wales seems to be completely irrational, entitled and vexatious. This is perfectly reasonable and negative reviewing someone because they didn't offer it to you below cost is poor.

Now onto my own review. I contacted Treforest and they responded very quickly. They came out to my property to measure up the windows that needed to be replaced. The workmen were friendly and polite. They ordered the glass and fitted very efficiently. The cost was very reasonable. To give you an idea they cost about a third of the cost of another sole trader I'd used before and much better quality and service. They were punctual and tidied up after themselves. I was really impressed with the result and how they replaced the panels.

On several other occasions I've experienced the same high level of service and often recommend them to other people looking for glass locally. I heard of them through several other tradespeople and they do supply the non-trade market. I'd highly recommend them to anyone particularly in the South Wales area looking for replacement windows.

Excellent customer service

I can definitely recommend Treforest glass. My wife wanted kitchen splasbacks. I saw one of their vans in a local supermarket car park and on the side it read that they do splasbacks. I sent an email to them and explained what I wanted. Dealing with Kathy was easy . After sending them dimensions and pictures of what i wanted they sent a fitter out to check the sizes. I also had a sample delivered. The price quoted for supply and fit I thought was very reasonable. The quality of the glass was perfect. All in all I found Treforest glass very proffesionalproffesproffesionaleverything they do and would highly recommend them.

Emailed an enquiry to supply and fit a single pane of glass in the porch. I received a prompt reply asking for a picture, which I sent. Received another prompt reply giving me contact details of someone better able to help as the window had leaded glass. I am impressed with their professionalism.
