The Window Doctor

I am a landlord who is travelling in India and needed a company who can manage instructions from me via email to ensure work done on a property is good and that my tenants are happy. This company ensured both these criteria were met. They were prompt, the price quoted was the price I paid and most importantly, my tenants were happy with their service.
I had been let down by several companies who stated that they would do the work and just didn't turn up and then couldn't be contacted.
The Window Doctor could not have been more different. Thank you very much for a great service.

From initial point of contact to completion, the service we received was superb. Jason our fitter, was professional, immaculately clean & very pleasant. Window Doctor installed a new rear door & panel, which we are thoroughly delighted with, (both quality and finishes). We will definately be ordering replacements for the rest of the house in due course. Thank you so much, would highly recommend.

Had a new front door fitted in 2019, along with a number of blown panes replaced and I think a dodgy hinge or two.
Since then the door has dropped slightly and catches whilst locking (houses age and move, no issue) - one phone call - and an appointment for them to come and fix under warranty.
Thought they were great at the time, still think they are great now!

Had a rear door fitted back in 2020. It all started with the door dropping fitter came around and fixed. We pointed out a crack in the frame and some hinge parts missing. So after calling them on more than one occasion and after being told they never new anything about the crack. We still have not received any parts for the hinges or any good news about the crack. Not a happy experience. I don't appreciate the reply from the window doctor. Firstly the reply is a outright lie. And I do not appreciate being called a liar. I have never spoken or been given the door manufactures number. Secondly the window doctor where made aware of the crack in the door frame. I'm in too minds to go legal to recover some of my costs.... I'm not a liar and I'd would like the window doctor to apologise but this will probably never happen. Just stay clear...

Requested a quote for new front door which was completed. However it felt like it was a rush to draw up this quote and i had to pick frame and window style for the man to do this. I was actually happy with the price. I wanted to double check what I had selected before going ahead booking the work. After many emails & phone calls requesting a brochure or even photos of what we selected we’ve had no reply or information. Seems like they don’t even want the business …

UPDATE:
After writing this review and receiving a reply from the business it seems there was an error in communication on their side for which they were very apologetic about. They hand delivered additional quotes and brochures promptly which allowed us to make a decision and book the job in. I can’t fault the anything at this point, gorgeous door and the lads who fitted it were polite and done a brilliant job. Very happy! Will definitely be looking to book in for future work we have planned.

The Window Doctor were professional, called back, made an appointment arrived promptly. Assessed the issue and made an appointment to return. What I liked was they did not push and there hasn't been further pushy calls or contact. The guys turned up when booked, great job done, very quick. Highly recommended

Fabulous job on two new bedroom windows, got me booked in earlier as I have surgery pending. They turned up early and just got on with it. Even adjusted catch on my back door. Really nice chaps and lovely job.
