In the current climate of Pandemic - I would have thought hygiene would be top priority; but not at Hingley Chemist at Hollymoor Centre, Manor Park Grove, Birmingham B31 5ER. Rubbish piled up at entrance - black bin bags, cardboard boxes and delivery plastic crates.
