Called for a quote but they refused to come round and price up work. In this day and age, who doesn't give a quote? They just wanted me to agree to £70+vat hourly rate plus parts, so they could charge whatever they want. What sort of way is that to run a business. No thanks!

This Glazing company recently installed six windows and a set of French doors to my property. The removal of the old windows and the sliding doors was carried out in an efficient manner with almost no damage to the fabric of the building, either inside, or outside. All of the new windows and the doors fitted the space left by the old units almost perfectly and was carried out in the time allocated and with a good final finish. Lastly, the installers were professional, tidy, covid safe and completely approachable when there was anything that I felt that I needed to speak to them about.

Great advice, lovely windows and doors, expertly fitted. They looked after us really well throughout the whole process; the pre-sales advice from them was extremely good, they were very open to discussing pros and cons of everything, had in-depth technical knowledge about the Internorm products and offered really good ideas of their own too. Couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend.

The service we received from this glazing company was first class from start to finish. We were delighted with the quality of the windows and doors, and the installation was completed to an exemplary standard. All installers wore masks as this area is still dealing with covid-19. We would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

This is a friendly and sociable professional double glazing who is accommodating and flexible regarding appointments and knows windows very well. I had a couple of hard to open windows which they had a look at. Their advice was honest and if they can save you money they will by not just replacing items if they don't need it. I trust this company and this was the first time I had looked them up. I would recommend them to anyone in the area.

SCAM MERCHANTS -- They are actually Town Force Ltd and are con artists who take deposits, no invoices and then charge your bank details for someone to come round and essentially provide a higher estimate. They call themselves West London Glazier, have a different email address (proimprove.co.uk) and payments are made to central london plu. Please avoid them at all costs. I am having to go through small claims process to get my 'deposit' back.

This company is so helpful and very good at what they do. They fixed my front door which a couple of guys tried to fix and said I should get it replaced as they wanted to sell me their new door. This company fixed it real quick and at a very competitive price. Very happy with this company's work and would highly recommend.
