Had an issue with my window and couldn’t secure my property. Contacted them in the evening and they were round the next morning.

They had a replacement locking mechanism on their van and were able to fix my window really quick. No mess, no fuss and great job.

Chris and his team did a great job for us replacing the lock mechanisms on 2 of our uPVC windows. They were very competitive on price and only charged us the cost they incurred for additional parts required. They had to come back 3 times to provide the specific parts to complete the job. This was through no fault of their own but due to the bespoke nature of the locks in our old windows and showed their commitment to seeing the job through no matter how small. We will definitely be using them again for any future jobs and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Chris was really helpful. He came around the next day after calling him to look at the issue with our sliding front door that we struggled to open, due to track and wheel deterioration over time. Diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts and then repaired our door to as good as new. Very highly recommend you contact him. Really nice and honest old school workman who knows his trade inside out.
