Rob recently fixed our patio doors, which were not closing properly. At the same time he added new Upvc trims to two upstairs windows. A friendly and reliable guy who responded promptly to my initial enquiry and carried out the work within 2 weeks. I would recommend his services and would definitely use again should the need arise.

I got in touch with Rob because our upvc windows were becoming a real issue letting in droughts, difficult to close as they were out of line and we weren’t able to lock them. Rob was very quick to respond and after an initial visit he gave us a price for all of the work. Rob even popped over to complete an emergency fix on the kitchen window whilst we waited for the parts. We had multiple hinges, locking mechanisms and handles at a very reasonable price. Saved us a fortune by renewing parts on perfectly sound double gazing. Highly professional and great at his job!

I rang Rob as I had a leak coming through my living room window and a large draught through one of my bedroom windows. He was very prompt, friendly and he is very honest. He has solved the problem of the draughty window and has sealed gaps for me above my porch roof and the upstairs sills and rendering and gone out of his way to help. I asked him about replacing the bedroom and bathroom windows but he advised me that they are both in good condition, this is honesty at its highest level. Rob responded quickly, captured all of the necessary information and ordered the unit to replace our broken Velux window. Despite the dodgy weather he than managed to pull in the repair before Xmas by carrying out the repair on Xmas Eve. Efficient, friendly and professional service. Excellent.
