Without any shadow of doubt the customer service, friendly and helpful staff who are always willing to go out of their way to always try and help and accommodate you leave you feeling like an extremely valued customer of Santander.

It is just a shame that in the last few years the bank increased their charges and fees. This meant that they had become uncompetitive against their competitors who offer far better deals with better fees and charges.

I received wonderful service from Louise today. She was very polite, professional and helped me with my query with ease.

Such wonderful service, if I could offer more stars, I definitely would because of Louise.
