M&S Foodhall

Nice place to sit and watch the world go by... Would be nice if the cafe had a door to the outside seating.

In these difficult times, it's nice to be able to shop in a nice friendly atmosphere. The staff here are always courteous, friendly, smiling and always helpful. They're always busy restocking the shelves as best they can, and if there is something you are looking for and can't see it on the shelf, the staff will check to see if they have it in the store room..
In fairness, I do usually shop elsewhere, but I know the quality of M&S food is superb, whilst it's a little more expensive, I will be shopping here more often.

Love M&S Food and clothing. The cafe is good and customer friendly, the service is very good. Tried the soup, toast, chips, coffee. Everything was good. They serve you hot. There’s food hall adjacent to it and it has the regular M&S stuff.

Very cold, we were going to have a coffee, but to cold to sit down, and shop went to Costa

Long wait in cafe tables not being cleared and dirty.floor dirty

Two staff on but service all a bit slow and one paced. Sit down area was a disgrace. I don't know what Crawley family of chimpanzees had just eaten there but there was food all over the tables, seats and floor. Other tables full of used plates and cutlery, so we had to clean a table and chairs ourselves. Staff not really interested in cleaning anything up in a hurry. You wouldn't have thought M&S would operate like this. Staff eventually decided to clean some tables and sweep the floor as we were leaving.

The cafe is a shambles, I really feel sorry for the lady left on her own to cope. The tables are dirty and not kept clear.

Cone on M&S sort it out, please assign the right resources to run the cafe properly, it’s a mess.
