The worst.... went to A&E at 6pm on a Sunday, still here waiting to be seen at 1.42am Monday. Suspected appendix pain (if you have ever had, you know the pain levels, if not it's like contractions). I do not blame the poor nurses or doctors cause its not there fault, they are only human and can only work so fast. I do however blame the owner of the hospital. It's disgusting how long a sick person has to wait in their supposedly urgent care department. There is nothing urgent about it. Highly under staffed and likely under paid, hence why no nurses or doctors are fighting to work a weekend shift. This hospital needs to do better for it's patients. I will rather drive to miles away to attend Kings in the future than attend this place again. I would have been seen in Kings college hospital already. Thank goodness I'm not working till Tuesday. Anyway avoid at all cost if oyou are in urgent need.

I had very positive experience. Fell of Mt bike and landed on my elbow. Had X ray within half an hour after my arrival and consultation 20 minutes after x-ray. In London it the light speed. It's besides all personnel being extremely kind and professional (I remembered Dr. Marios and Asian women at the main reception).
Thank you Queen Elizabeth Hospital

This hospital was probably the only happy medical place to be. In 2020 I had my first baby. One week ago I had my second baby. Both midwives that assisted me during my delivery were absolutely amazing, in 2020 Patricia Anne was incredible patient, professional and kind, this year Rebecca Jane. It's true that it was a hell of a ride each time but I am aware that I have been very lucky to have them with me as only with their knowledge and care I was able to deliver without epidural, just gas and air, without tearing, without any complications. In less than a day we have been at home, all in great physical and mental health.
On this occasion I would like to thank you all the people that got involved and especially to the incredible midwives from Queen Elizabeth hospital.
Thank you very much for everything! You helped me when I needed the most and you also built with me amazing memories regarding my babies birth.
Always grateful!
With love, admiration and appreciation!

My husband, Richard, had a dermatology appt at QEH this am. Arrived at 1015 seen within 15 minutes and offered removal of growth on face. Had to wait less thank 20 minutes for procedure to take place. Back home by 12noon. Grateful thanks to Dr Marie Daly and the whole team for caring, kind and professional service,
Lucky to have you all.

I was treated in A & E for a fracture on my foot. All the treatment I received was first rate. No waiting and professional friendly staff. I would also like to thank the registrar Mr S Bajaj in the fracture clinic at outpatient clinic for his care and concern. Thank you to all the delightful staff.

I had a Colonoscopy this morning at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Endoscopy Unit and I just wanted to put on record my thanks to everyone involved in my procedure. From the check-in at reception, the preparation, the procedure and the after care were excellent. I don't believe my treatment could have been bettered! The unit was clean and all the staff were polite and friendly. Thank you all so much for your care and for all that you do. I, and many other people, are so very grateful that you do, what you do, so well.

I had a wonderful experience giving birth in the birth centre of QE hospital. The midwives were very professional and accommodating, and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Husband and I got to stay one night in the birth centre as I had given birth late in the night. I had been apprehensive after reading the negative reviews on Google and considered going to St. Thomas’ hospital but I’m so glad we decided on QE in the end.

The doctors and nurses are always quite good at QEH.
I was eating breakfast at the big hospital restaurant after my blood test. It was very tasty and good value for money. I did not have coffee but I asked the staff to give me a cup for hot water. He was friendly.
Only one thing was no drinking water machines available at the clinics.
