They don't help you get a job they just give you a load of grief if you don't do enough job search and they keep putting you on pointless courses all the time and most of them are in other boroughs! Generally the staff are good.

Recently I had an interview with Edna. She was very nice and friendly. There was another customer advisor, Sajida, she was helping me with my issues as well. I really appreciate their service and will rate them 5/5. Well done.

They're not helpful at all!!! All they do is give you 100 appointment but they really don't do anything. They cannot even photo copy a singer sheet. They're on the phones most of them chatting, laughing like they're at a party and when you want some help from them, they're trying to find someone else to help you what is like round a circle game. I really don't understand how do they get a job when they don't do anything and most of them don't even know what to do. Also most of them are extremely rude!!! THEY DO NOT WANNA PAY AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bad experience. Never helpful. They dont give a customer chance to speak, when needed. Worst jobcentre i have ever been too. People are rude in there.

I prefer my local on in Grays. Essex they are much more Friendly staff and very helpful.

They’re not helpful at all so Some stuff done really good , I have health problem and I want their for first time to you have the first Job center claim and I told him I want to claim for ESA and they won’t help me with anything and They told me you can go for your appointment and They Wouldn’t help me to give me Application for or claim with the phone And The event explain to me what I should do, directly send me to the citizen advice.
I just I stock between the citizen advice and the job center So this one send me there and this one send me there🤬👎🏽

My sister has been told to isolate as myself and daughter have coronovirus. She has been trying to contact job centre for 2 days as she's due to sign on today. No help from anyone. No direct number to call.

A complete lack of staff, they just waffle on about how to get employment.
A waste of time and also a total disregard of authority.
When they make a telephone appointment, they don't make the call.
