Sargent James Hodson is a disgrace to the uniform, he wears a gang symbol and defaced flag which disrespectful to the public and not part of the uniform, he assaults members of the public on behalf of the council, he and his colleague Sargent Cann is equally uneducated on civil trespass. One of these officers committed assault, the other office witnessed and allowed it to happen, they then threatened public order and breach of the peace when there was no issue until they escalated it. This is all for a man, with a camera, in a publicly funded building. Corrupt? You decide.
