Croydon Crown Court

PC Chris Moloney & PC Stuart Slater (Lied to crown court) attended when I called for help as I was being attacked for 2 days. They came & did nothing & left my male attacker (neighbour I shared a communal hall with) to further physically attack me, I defended myself & got arrested.
O.k, it is fairly fine, that they saw zero cause to arrest him, but, it is not ok to then lie about the ‘real victim’....As I am still trying to recover from the discovery of the officials corruption tbh.

The lies the duo submitted caused me to get charged harshly. (2) the officers reported back that I was lying to the police (so no one came when I called again...4 times in total). (3) I was put on bail which lasted 11months. I felt I had to surrender my privately rented home that I’d paid £10k advance to rent. I’m now homeless. (4) I had to Sell all my furnishings/ belongings in order to fit into a room (bail address). (5) relations with my bail address (charged based on fabrication’s...) have soured. (6) the officers lied to their colleagues, detectives handling my case, cps & even the crown court & when I complained via their ridiculous ‘one chance’ ipcc (now iopc ioopc) I was told I’m six months too late & it would be an abuse to record my complaint.
I was horrified & especially after reading that the complaints dept isn’t actually independent police complaints commission because it relies on 12 Ex police officers to handle complaints received (so secretly; I expected them to brush it under the carpet as if it is ‘i’ that is actually to blame or lying. The complaints dept totally forgot that they state on their site they have powers of discretion. Their decision revealed to me that the extent of the corruption is from seed to leaf for them By them choosing to not record a serious complaint. (They start as police you see & with complaints ignoring complaints about them, means that in turn the same said officers could retire to work for the same said complaints one day.)
I am still recovering from my experience of the awful Croydon police & how they chose to fail everyone. They showed me that Their badge stands alone. Sewn to hollow liars, as having moved from earlsfield to croydon, I never realised that I should of stayed in earlsfield. Those police and all the others involved make croydon an undersirable, unreliable, volatile and weak place to live safely. The police there came across as sloppy, sulky and only interested in paying their bills. You May aswell pin their badge on a limp cabbage leaf as they’ve proved unworthy to wear it. So I am glad I recorded the two days robotically rather than rely on a fallible etc etc human /hear say and that my proofs are not taken out of context).

I am nausea that who ever is in charge/responsible for croydon station wasn’t aware of their staffs behaviours on their job because surely that is their job? To be in charge, over see & too spot crooks also FCs! Their chief or whatever their called should be sacked! Lying police are a liability to ALL (even to the office of national statistics). Lying police make fools of all & are unwanted. Lying police mean that the crooks are more honest.

I could go on about the catalogue of their clumsy & lame errors that occurred, & I do feel sick that revered persons would be so stupid to chuck away ‘free, cheap, short cut to respect’ job like that if I’m honest. Recommended by the government & Regina to call 999 if you feel in trouble. I’ve not called them again to be honest, for nothing. Not fire. Not ambulance. I’ll do what I should’ve done that day. And just let my nut job Ex neighbour have his way with me.

Croydon? Steer clear! Wild area! Lawless! How can I say any different when I’m still homeless because of them there!

The admin staff, Civil Track team, in the Croydon County Court, are extremely efficient courteous and deal with matters with every sense of urgency. Whenever I sent an email, I get a polite acknowledgment.  Recently, I needed a copy of an order from the court as my solicitors could not find the original nor a copy. I simply quoted the claim number and I received a reply very quickly. I told them that I needed a copy urgently to file in time for a case review. They sent me a copy by email straight away and three sealed copies in the post.  I am very grateful for your kind attention and assistance in dealing with my request. Thank you very much.

Not only does it take ages for you to get through to a member of staff, it also takes ages, for you to speak to a member of staff with accurate information.
Contacting this court is a nightmare, incompetent staff, layered will illogical managers. A recipe for a disaster. Worse experience ever! Avoid if you have to. Completely disgusted by there lack of empathy, knowledge and rational thought -

Thought it would not be as bad as the reviews. No counter service, cannot get through on the phone. I spoke to an employee, who I stopped in a corridor, she was helpful but could not help. There really needs to be a better way of handling enquiries...very poor Gov service

“ Her honourable judge Major” participated in placing my daughter in foster care. Her sentence was made by council workers and was based on false facts. They organised 4 days last hearing when they tortured me. I came back to Poland to get proper justice. I am trying to get my daughter back to my country as she is kidnapped by this judge and social worker named Sara Abdul-Majid.

Waiting for over a year for a resolution to a possession and still waiting. Have spent hours and hours holding on to speak to a call handler who can then only give very limited information a call back from the court has a 13 day delay. Court seems to lose paperwork and it can take up to a week for the system to be updated. As it is I can’t get a mortgage until this is resolved.
I’m at my wits end. This is with instructing a solicitor as well.

Given a telephone hearing date and was available an hour before and an hour after as advised and didn't receive a call.made sure a week before hearing that they had my contact details,sent them this by email and yet they provided no aknowledgement. Tried calling them to find out what happened with the hearing, Was on hold for nearly two hours and once answered was advised to email again and that this is the only course of action. It's disgusting. Was then told from the other party that the court hearing went ahead without me and that I didn't answer the phone. Frustrating to say the least.needless to say I will be going there in person today to try and get some answers.from what is a stressful situation anyway, they make things worse.

Do everything you can to avoid getting your claim heard here! The staff are useless! They give you a date for the hearing but inform you by letter days AFTER the hearing was about to take place! Gladly took the courtfee and did not refund it even though the fault was theirs!

Insane to think that this place is allowed to continue operations considdering how many bad reviews about their incompetence thay have.
