Cheltenham Magistrates' Court

It's a courthouse... But for us, registering a death was easy and dignified.

Im calling them the third day in a row. Still, I only can talk with the robot. Such a waste if time.
But if you have to pay a fine or something, they are more then quick to resolve the situation.
They dont care about people, they only want ZA MONEY!

4th day in a row and I am still waiting for someone to pick up.

No one seems to answer the phones when you want a general Inquiry these days.

The number should be taken off the phone records as its completely useless to anyone

Cannot get through!!!! Phone numbers not recognised. So frustrating

Was found not guilty here and got my life back! Cheers judge! Also, great coffee in the cells, like, mind blowing.

Waiting for compensation from Jan 2021 after someone attacked me still not received my compensation!!!
Went through this court !!!
This happens a lot as it’s passed onto enforcement that can’t enforce anything !!!!!!!

Security is not fit for the job. They fall asleep do not check everyone. The waiting room is disgusting. The facilities are disgusting.
Waiting times are hours even though hearing set for say 10am you will not be seen till gone noon.
Unorganised and cant find a simple peice of paper.
Completely unfit to be a court.

It's changed a lot over the years with all the security and now no smoking on the balcony. The cells have always been grimey but the ushers and prison transport are normally friendly and helpful.
