Worst place to work. Taking advantage of their employees, no benefits and a very low salary, even less than your average hospitality worker. People who work here have no self esteem or respect for themselves. The managers are phony and the only managerial aspect of them is delegating workloads to others that they don’t want to do because they are lazy. Avoid working here, I really don’t recommend it.

Can hardly understand what said by automated reply. What I heard and understood tgey don’t want to deal with anything sending caller to the websites to read on things. Nothing resolved!! Very unhelpful!!!

Unable to view the big picture of energy (Macro) Compainies. They focus on the micro using a tick box approach, thus miss the issue completely.

They ment to help the public to save money on energy bills, ofgem have failed massively, never trust what ofgem have to say, corrupted company

Absolutely disgusting that it took a newspaper investigation for Ofgem to stop energy companies from acting in an unscrupulous way against vulnerable people. It should have never got to the point where it takes a newspaper to do the job of the regulator. Sad times we are living in.

Absolutely useless , they have hundreds of complaints about Maxen power . And we all being scammed by these thieves and they can do nothing about it . Open your eyes guys and look into this matter and take our complaints seriously and urgently as we are losing our business and homes because of these scammers

As usual there are a hundred options to press.....unless of course you want to talk to someone....good luck with that one
