Card Factory

The guy at the till really didn’t want to be there, it was hillarious how much effort he was using just to look up at me while trying to purchase a card. Young Somalian chap. Other then that good variety, but for heavens sake have staff that actually want to work and don’t look and act like they have a gun pointed to there head.

Not just cards, but candles and balloons too!

Awful customer service, a woman with gingerish hair was rude, unprofessional with a nasty attitude. Standing in the way of the cards whilst I was trying to look for cards and spoke very rudely telling me, THE CUSTOMER that I was getting in the way because I'm simply looking for cards... She gave me attitude because I politely asked if I could see the cards, avoid this card factory.

Ran it 6.59 when they closed at 7pm staff were super helpful and accomodating.

Great Store with a Great Selection of Cards for all occasions. Staff are helpful and polite which makes a happy experience. I will definitely come back!!

Was fairly busy, could have done with another cashier

Ok if you want a basic card. Bit overally sentimental, cute/soppy or jokey. If you just want something with a nice pic, or with too much words / gushing sentiment /sprinkled with glitter on it, don't go here.

Very busy as expected but 4 tills open to handle the long queue so waiting time was short.
Good selection of low priced cards and I found exactly the ones I wanted.
