Clean well organised store. Good frozen food deals on offer. Joined the loyalty programme for more offers. Only gripe 500g Country Life butter more expensive this week than Tesco. Now to try the food...

Not sure if this is the right store but had a Iceland delivery from King's Lynn store. Absolutely shocking customer service had the attitude of our custom wasnt wanted and they didnt care at all. Half of our order was defrosting or melted cakes bread and even cheese slices where crushed. Most of the bags where covered in a watery dirt (brown and black in colour) when questioned the drivers reply was it is just condensation from the rack above kinda tells you how clean the vans are on the inside. We spoke to the driver and management but no care from either of them

Some really good bargains here, especially on Tuesdays for us over 60s. Lots in stock, no empty shelves like Tesco on same estate and quick service through checkout again unlike Tesco. Well worth a visit.

Sad times. Went in to buy biscuits. Who can resist the tag line '25 years of quality broken biscuits' but non in stock. Made it out with an impulse buy of chocolate mini rolls so not so bad. Place clean, well stocked and till staff pleasant.

Prices have started to increase but still offers great value. Plenty of choice and easy parking a big plus

Love shopping here every week. Staff are always helpful. Nice friendly environment 🙂

I really like the range, the foods and - often - the price. Unfortunately some things let it down; some products are packaged large, but when you open it half of what you thought you were getting is gone (or the quality is poor, I'm looking at you ribs...!!) and other times the queue are so long, because they only ever have one person serving. Please for the love of god, open more tills. Please.
