Staff are courteous & friendly. In the evening stocks are tend to be low & not usually quickly replenish. There is no self checkout & it's quite inconvenient in modern days shopping.

Essential shop providing quality food in the local community. Staffs are really helpful. Price- reasonable, value for money. Lots of variety to choose from. Quick and routine shopping feels comfortable to visit this beautiful place. Would recommend highly to visit this store

Too small. Trolleys and boxes cluttering the aisles, which made it a nightmare to navigate around. Hardly anything on the shelves and cashiers shouting their gobs off to each other, over you, so bloody rude! Sort your staff out and clear the aisles!! You need self checkout tills.

Great store with great branding! Some items closely resemble more popular brands so be aware of this when picking things up, especially cereals...Have noticed emptier shelves but this may be to do with the volumes of people choosing to shop in more affordable places rather than ineffective systems.

The taste of food and drink and the quality of their products is fantastic. If there is something I haven't liked or that hasn't worked well I am unlikely to attribute this to it being an Aldi issue because I have had such good experiences.

To close, staff on the whole are very friendly which is an another element that makes the entire Aldi experience enjoyable.

Rip off things constantly incorrectly priced or labelled
When you disagree the staff argue with you in front of those at tills
3 situations so far in the last 2 weeks
1. Bought 1 loaf of bread labelled 70% off the marked price. When I got home they charged me 70% accordingly then put on the bill another loaf at full price which I did not purchase
2. Went to buy paracetamol on a separate occasion priced at 28p when I got to till i was charged 65p. I was told it wasn't a paracetamol product I had bought. Paracetamol on package and no price indication on shelves for a different product.
3. Purchased 1 1 litre Pro milk clearly priced at £1.99 each, when I got till receipt they were £2.49 each

I haven't used Aldi as there's not one in our area but we'll worth the trip to Harlow branch. The food and drink we bought was of good quality and we'll below the price we normally pay.

We have to travel a few miles to the nearest Aldi but prices very reasonable and good quality so worth the journey

Spacious, wide aisles make shopping easy, even when busy. Apart from a good range of price conscious food and household items, there's an island that has an ever changing selection of tools, gadgets, personal items and more .
True, the check out process can be a little slow but Aldi is all about keeping costs down and a slight inconvenience is acceptable.
