Retail 24 - Highbury Fine Food & Wine Ltd

Do not use this shop! They have ruined my iPhone 6S plus after I put it in for a screen repair. When I went back the following day to say my screen had fallen loose from the back of the phone they then lied and said the repair desk does not belong to them even though they had previously stated it was part of their shop before they actually took my iPhone in. They have ruined my iPhone and refuse to repair it. Absolutely disgusting and very rude behaviour from these retailers.

Some offensive things happened, and the employee infringed my privacy.
I was coming for return the parcels. In the beginning everything is fine, the one guy is very friendly. When I finished my work, I was just standing there for few minutes to wait for my Uber driver because the outside is windy and cold. Then when I was going to leave the store, another cashier, with rare black hair, stopped me and he didn't allow me to leave!! He said I need to wait one minute until his colleague -- the first cashier to check whether I put my parcel correctly. After long time his colleague finally came and he's so confused too. Both of us didn't know what's this cashier want to do. Then the most offensive thing happened -- he asked me to open my bag for checking and he even picked one up to ask another cashier!! Only because I was standing next to parcels (actually with distance) for waiting my Uber driver, he suspected I was taking others' parcels!! Finally I had to booked another Uber driver and waited in the cold wind. Never come back. And It's ILLEGAL to touch my personal things!! There are NO ANY SIGN displayed for bag checking!! And he actually could faces to an action for false imprisonment because I was found not to have stolen anything!! Hope others who is facing the same problem like me, be brave!

Took there a parcel to be returned. As I arrive, I see the guy at the opposite end of the shop. I say good morning (smile). He answers something I can't hear. I say, showing him the package: sorry I didn't get that, I'm just coming to return this (smile). He, now behind the counter: "I said one minute, can't you understand English?". This made me really angry, I let him know that it wasn't the right way to treat customers. He ended up refusing to take my package. Awful customer service, and for no reason. I'm giving 1 star because there's no zero.

Just awful. Do not have your myhermes parcels delivered here, parcels are left in the open for
potential theft. The owner refuses to take responsibility and unfortunately in my instance my parcel was taken. Beware.

DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP!
I regret not looking at the reviews but my parcel was stolen by them (worth over £500). On the 5 th day I went to ask why is parcel is still with them. They lied and said the parcel was taken by Hermes when I ask Hermes they said it’s still at the parcel shop. This didn’t happen to me only looking at the other reviews.

Shocking. The rudest and most incompetent staff I have ever encountered. Don’t bother trying it as an Evri parcel there. They don’t know and they don’t care.

Operated by criminals. My wallet was stolen outside the tube station and minutes later this store was trying to charge me £40 (contactless limit) on all my cards. Once I had those blocked they started making purchases from Tesco, probably to buy stock for their store on my card. I would avoid shopping at this place and using the cash machine installed here

The worst and most disrespectfull employees one can find work here. If you consider giving your business to them, don't do it. Awful treatment of their customers.
